White RTV silicone

Silicone to make your own lure moulds. The drying time depends on the amount of catalyst. High quality silicone with micron molding accuracy.

Bricoleurre silicone is a polycondensation silicone elastomer, which is in the form of a viscous liquid. After mixing the 2 components, the working time is a few minutes.
The mixture gradually thickens and demoulding can be done in a few hours.
- Flexible, homogeneous and resistant mass
- Impression accuracy to the micron

- Resists 180 degrees C (do not use for lead)

- Crosslinking time at 20 degrees C :
      - catalyst at 2%: 24h
      - catalyst at 3%: 15h
      - catalyst at 4%: 9h
      - catalyst at 5%: 3h
- Recommended dosage 2 to 5%, i. e. 2 to 5 g catalyst per 100 g RTV
- Color: white
- Curing time: 12 hours
- Hardness: (shore A)27
- Storage: 12 months in closed packaging.
- Solvent: White Spirit
- Thinner: silicone oil (5 to 10% max.)

Employment advice:
- Wear suitable gloves. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. In case of irritation, consult a doctor.
- Do not leave within reach of children
- Do not ingest.

USE :
- Not suitable for use and food contact.
